Welcome to the new boom of Internet Financing!

The economic pundits tend to link investment, consumption, and exports as a magic triangle overshadowing a GDP growth.

But when the growth of investments declines, the power of exports goes to an immediate halt. Meanwhile the consumption, however, keeps growing rapidly, bringing in a new wave of economic development.

According to the data by iResearch, the scale of China's consumer credit in 2013 was massive 13 trillion yuan. It grew up to 15.4 trillion in 2014 and 19 trillion yuan by 2015. Furthermore, in 2019 it will exceed 41 trillion yuan. In the future, the conditions on consuming will be improving. At least it looks evident that the growth in the upcoming few years won’t slow down.

Besides this, the part of consumption to the economic growth will continue to increase. This signifies that after the rapid development of industrialization, economic growth will reflect the welfare of the residents. Sharing the positive influence with the citizens mark a massive development in consumer’s finance, also building the basis for future success.

In the first quarter of 2016, the Bank of China and the CBRC jointly issued the policy on increasing financial support for new consumption. A series of following policies were put forward to improve the financial stability. Meanwhile, on June 10 this year, a State Council executive meeting decided to liberalize the market access of consumer finance. The original 16 cities were issued to carry out the consumption of financial companies to expand the pilot to the whole country. The idea was also to increase the use of the economy push, develop consumer finance vigorously, release the consumer potential, and promote customer upgrades. Multiple policy guidance and particular emphasis on its development have laid out the foundation for the countrywide boom on consumer financing.

On line with the central bank report on personal credit reporting business, eight private credit agencies opened. The Middle Kingdom’s credit system was officially set sail. With the support of national policy and the gradual improvement of credit system the consumer finance extended to the whole country. It promoted the banking industry's transformation and the rise of Internet finance. Consumer financial markets now began to usher in a tremendous opportunity for development. It was a modern Klondike with Chinese characteristics.

The potential of developing personal credit investigation industry

However, as China's credit reporting reform began relatively late, the system initiated by the central bank had a lot of flaws. Transaction records can, in mainland China, be owned by groups of people who are considered economically mature and stable. That accounts around 300 million Chinese. Even though there are another 500 million more Chinese in the central bank credit system, it accounts only for their basic information. This coupled with those Chinese who don’t even have a basic information of the central bank records, and you realize there’s a massive vacuum to be filled. This is where the unimagined future development potential of China's credit market lies.

Risk pricing the core of financing

Thus in 2013, the credit industry entered on a new historical track. With the Internet finance witnessing the slump of its industry, people from all corners of China world have entered a new game field.

A few of them, including some data and credit companies, headed directly to the the black market in search of a fresh data. Many of them, tragically, even hired hackers to the data for them. Some of them reached the valuation of billions with the new company. Some were eager to cash with the company, and saw a flow of recruitment agents flooding around, helping to grow the profit with hundreds of millions. There’s emerged even a specifically tailored “transaction middleman", who semi-publicly sell’s services on company's private records. That data may include records from tens of thousands of people. The value of the data of each circulation can rise up to thousands of millions of renminbi. An industry source is pointing out that “underground black market, has already formed a trillion level market”.

It seemed as if the Dwarfs and Orks had got free for way too long.

Fintech business pain points and industry status quo in China

The Chinese financial performance data trading market is still in a chaotic state, and truth to be told, there have still not been any fully successful actions or solutions introduced.

Behind the scenes, the First insufficiency was that the Chinese powerhouse, the Credit center of the Bank of China, did not go to collect and evaluate its data. Due to this, the current network loan and the consumer finance industry rely on the "small-scale" data of the credit service agencies. These include credit services, credit rating, and large data companies. With the credit evaluation not only was the data timeliness poor, but its degree also had to be confirmed.

The Internet has long gone wild with news on most of the credit companies linked with the black market "middlemen" in order to buy personal credit data. This is endangering the environment with a lot of corruption, and the proportion of fraud may be as high as 90%. In addition to buying data from the black market, the company can also sell the data, including from his partnering organizations. Each agent sells a data to the cache memory, including the withholding of data, which is a core central data transaction idea - and great business.

As each data can only be sold once, the future income is no longer at the hands of the data source business causing a great harm to the interests of data producers. The credit industry is in urgent need to solve both data quality problems while protecting data producers. That would be the perfect, and only, solution to meet everyone’s rights and interests.

Besides that, the "credit data island" problem of the financial industry has not yet been resolved. This accounts to a daily average of more than 30,000 Internet loans. With these the consumer finance and micro-credit companies will produce millions of loan records, repayment records, overdue records, black lists and other financial performance data. This massive amount of data, however, has not yet played its due value. It is also possible to join the industry-wide enterprises and form a healthy data exchange platform. Measures such as joint credit, control of loan leverage and reducing of bad debts can all provide a great help. These can also significantly reduce the control costs of enterprises and have broader benefits for the companies and the society.

Blockchain technology finishing the credit industry chaos

The distributed ledger technology, simpler know blockchain, is an important concept of Bitcoin. It is essentially a centralized database, and at the same time also the bottom technology of Bitcoin.

To introduce, the blockchain technology is a string of data blocks generated by the use of cryptographic methods.

Each data block contains information about the bit member network transaction, which is used to verify the validity (and thus security) of the information and generate the next block.

After seven years of development, the block chain has though only been completed as a financial product transformation for major industries, institutions and so on in the study of its application scene. It could be stated that in the field of Fintech, blockchain is its hottest idea.

GXB (Gongxinbao, 公信宝, ‘Public Information Treasure’) , established in 2016, includes specialists from the blockchain to the depth of its R&D, Internet financial practitioners. It has the profound understanding on the Fintech industry, including the source of loans, approval process and large data analysis. It also has created a customer portrait, the establishment of labels and other large data analysis tools, such as screening, filtering and packaging.

After a long period of exploration and try, and finally having the blockchain technology in the credit industry. The depth of research and development is based on GXBs own data interaction center on the block chain technology.

"An ideal data exchange should allow multiple parties to involve in the transactions and to store, transfer and exchange data in the context of minimizing risk and cost," says CEO Huang Minqiang, CEO of GXB Technology.

"In the context of decentralized thinking and on the basis of block chain technology, we redefine a new product called the GXB, used to achieve an ideal data exchange."

With GXB we aim at breaking the traditional data transaction problems related to the industry’s greedy opportunism. In addition, we aim at data transaction participation of the parties.

There won’t be any third party obtaining data. In order to protect the identity and privacy of an enterprise, the transaction will be anonymous for both sides. In addition to the realization of the data volume of the equal exchange of enterprises, the ownership of digital assets Certification and effective containment of false information in the exchange of information.

The public credit data exchange works as a common data exchange platform. The core is based on the block chain to make a data exchange accessible from a typical Fintech customer of the, to the governmental players with their data exchange demands, to banking, insurance and other industries and enterprises. (Let’s call it collectively as the Group). In order to better explain its use and more quickly cut into the market, GXB is the first in the field of internet and consumer financing. The bank as target customers, the financial performance data generated by these institutions as the main asset of the data transaction.

The CEO, Huang Fuqiang further explains:

"Public letter data crawler products are part of the data exchange, specializing in the provision of personal authorization to capture user data under the financial technology products. It’s covering data on financial, commercial, social, personal identity and other dimensions. It aims to provide a high quality credit-based data services for the major banks, consumer finance, network loans, automotive finance and other companies.

While a few of the traditional black market related “reptile” services have a relatively high price, our data price is between 1-3 yuan. It’s not only free of charge to members and merchants to provide services, but also for the Group members to access the data. It’s also for the exchange transactions and the access to income.

Huang pondered the question on the doubts on personal privacy:

"All the exchanges of sensitive and private data must over-go a thorough check authorized by the person in question. Let’s imagine, an internet lending company using this APP. He as the user authorized to obtain the user's data, makes a transaction. Another insurance company buys the user's information. Her the user would receive and SMS or mobile app push information, whether or not to authorize the data sold to the company.

At its best, the GXB would enable the individuals to manage their own data. The ultimate goal of the company is win over the hearts and minds of local citizens and their data and, yes, having them managing it on their own.”

Our vision in the near future, is to witness a scene, where the company's HR staff scans job seekers with our GXB app in her mobile phone. The job seekers would pay only 2 RMB per data exchange. Meanwhile the app would immediately collect the job seekers resume and real experiences. These would include state of social security, background on criminal records, history on drugs, data on credit rating, which would finally lead to the decision whether to hire the job seeker. While the society continues its fast development, we’d ought to create a future based on a society with credit and trust.

We believe where there’s a person, on our beautiful planet, with a sense of credit and honor in her heart, she should never face a hardship too difficult to manage!

Chance for Childhood awarded prestigious award at BOND conference

Tuesday 21 March, 2017

Chance for Childhood, an international children’s charity, received the best prize for Collaboration at the Bond International Development Awards 2017. The event, which took place on 20th March at the QEII centre in London, celebrated the inspiring humanitarian and development work of UK-based international charities.

The award went to Chance for Childhood’s ground-breaking ‘Right2Change’– a project encouraging mainstream services to support young offenders in Northern Uganda.

Katie Fowler, Chance for Childhood’s Acting Director, explains “Recent internal conflict in Northern Uganda left the population facing extreme poverty which led to petty crimes as a coping strategy. The juvenile justice stakeholders have been unable to cope with an increasing number of children ‘in conflict with the law’. These children are often detained in adult prisons, and held there for a long time before being brought before the courts. The prisons are an extremely dangerous place for children as sexual abuse and violence are prevalent. It’s an extremely harsh price to pay for what was often a minor crime or misdemeanour.”

Chance for Childhood set about to design a support package at the intersection of legal aid, economic empowerment and psychosocial support, seeking inputs from both various legal and youth livelihoods experts both in the UK and in Uganda. “Our partnerships underpin the success of our important work and we are extremely proud to be recognised by the Bond network for this approach,” comments Katie. “Community partnerships are essential within this innovative project to ensure that vulnerable children are not only diverted from prison but are given an opportunity to build a livelihood and a positive future without reoffending. Right2Change is on track to reaching twice as many children as first hoped and that’s down to our ability to adapt and learn, bringing new organisations on board when needed.”

Katie concludes, “It’s extremely fitting to have been recognised for collaboration the same year as Chance for Childhood merged with Street Child Africa, the ultimate collaboration to extend the impact of our work with vulnerable children and make efficiency savings so that more money can go directly to where it is needed.”

We’re working in harsh environments where violence and poverty rob thousands of young people of their childhood and force them to grow up much too quickly. We rebuild young lives for the chance of a better future.

Funded by Comic Relief, Chance for Childhood partnered with:

Passion4Community, a local grassroot organisation. The UK and Uganda Law Societies, via the Huddersfield Law Society/Uganda Law Society twinning group, to provide essential legal advice and support to young offenders.KATI, a Ugandan social enterprise providing business advice and loans to young entrepreneurs. The Uganda chapter of global plant health initiative Plantwise, implemented by CABI, the International Centre for Agriculture and Bioscience. Thursday 23 March, 2017

Sales and marketing specialists, A. Innova has revealed that they are weeks away from opening their third office location in South Wales and what this means for the growth and development of their company.

Sales and marketing specialists, A. Innova has confirmed rumours of an expansion by announcing they are just weeks away from opening their third operation in South Wales. This process will involve launching a new personalised marketing campaign for the firm’s latest clients in the South Wales area in order to connect with their client’s ideal consumers in person and increase brand awareness.

Find out more about the company at www.alphainnova.co.uk

Having previously run a successful marketing campaign in Liverpool, A. Innova only expanded to Cardiff at the end of 2016. It is a phenomenal achievement to have accomplished so much growth in this short time period that the firm now needs a total of three offices in order to manage their campaigns.

As specialists in personalised forms of direct marketing, A. Innova attracts clients who are trying to grow their own businesses by attracting new customers. The firm’s personalised marketing methods attract a wealth of clients who aid A. Innova’s growth and in turn, the firm provides increasing sales, customer acquisition, brand awareness and brand loyalty for these clients. A. Innova offers a 100% guaranteed return on investment.

However, A. Innova’s main source of growth comes from being able to produce top talent through their business development opportunity. This curriculum allows A. Innova to help those with little or no experience in sales and marketing and develops them into industry experts able to head up their own office spaces. To do this the firm helps each individual develop vital skill sets through daily workshops and coaching sessions. By producing top talent, A. Innova can then task these individuals with heading up their own extensions of the firm, allowing their growth to continue and for top results to be delivered to their clients.

With the firm’s latest expansion set to launch in a matter of weeks, A. Innova’s Managing Director Jamiesh Holait has revealed how he is hoping the firm will be able to continue this steady growth throughout 2017. “We are producing talent at a fast pace and Wales is proving to be a hugely successful location for us. Social
media has revolutionised free speech, but a new forum for discussion is set to
overhaul the idea of sharing opinions and ideas. ‘Debate’ is a brand new free app,
available on iOS, designed for the opinionated public, providing them with an
outlet for their views.

A

where opinions are often overlooked or met with animosity. The app is designed
to be a safe space away from other social media sites, allowing for healthy
debate with a friendly tone. It’s easy to share thoughts via text or video, and
the platform is set to take the country by storm as the actions of world
leaders and icons divides opinions across the globe.

Mark
Forster, CEO and founder of Debate, said, “Technology has completely changed
the way we absorb information, and of course the way we discuss it too.
Although generic social media platforms are great for getting views out there,
they can often get lost or are met with abuse from other users who disagree.
And that is where Debate comes in. We have designed the app specifically to
provide a relevant and active outlet for discussing hot topics with like-minded
people – from all backgrounds, of all ages and genders.”

The
app is simple to use, packed with some great features. Users create a profile,

their friends to engage, follow others with similar interests, and of course
view the results of their debates.

whether they fit into a different group.

Debates

the platform is always alive with the latest talking points. Discussion topics
are always broken down into themes, allowing users to only browse the topics of

Achieve any goal using A. Innova’s how to guide

Thursday 23 March, 2017

With a great work ethic, total commitment and a plan, anything is possible claims A. Innova. The Cardiff-based outsourced sales and marketing firm have shared a how-to guide to achieving any goal.

The idea of goal setting as a way to get people to achieve more at work and in life was developed in 1935 by Englishman Alec Mace - almost 80 years ago. Since then, it's been proved that sharing goals with someone will increase the chance of the goal being achieved and that people who write their goals down are 50% more likely to reach them than the people who don’t. 92% of goals set as New Year’s resolutions fail by 15th January, and 14% of people have a goal in mind, which is not written down.

Find out more about the company at www.alphainnova.co.uk

Setting a goal is easy, it’s the work that is needed to be done to achieve the goal that is the hard part, the section that most people fail on. Sales and marketing firm A. Innova believes that if people take the necessary steps to achieve their goals, then anything is possible. The firm reports the required steps that they teach their sales contractors to achieve goals:

Don't let the present dictate the future - A. Innova outlines that current circumstances are only temporary and can change very quickly. Don’t let the reality of the current circumstances block the progress towards accomplishing goals.

Set clear goals - The firm reports the importance of being able to visualise goals to achieve them. The clearer a person is on what their goal is, then the better equipped they are to reach it.

Imagine achieving the goal - A. Innova states that it is important to use this as motivation. If a person can see the result, they are more motivated and focused on getting it.

Every experience takes a person close to the goal - No experience is a wasted experience, believes A. Innova. Challenges, setbacks and successes are all necessary on the journey to achieving the dream.

A. Innova is direct marketing specialists that operate in the outsourced sales and marketing industry. The company uses face-to-face marketing techniques to drive long-lasting relationships between their client and their customers. The firm uses personalised interaction to increase customer acquisitions, brand awareness and brand loyalty for their clients.

Havoc: What you won’t learn about entrepreneurship in education

Thursday 23 March, 2017

As advocates of entrepreneurship, Manchester-based Havoc has highlighted what school doesn’t teach entrepreneurs.

Education doesn’t seem to be keeping up to date with the changes that are being seen in the workplace. Self-employment today is at its highest level since records began, with 15% of the UK’s workforce being self-employed (4.6 million people). This is up from 13% in 2008. Schools are preparing young people to become employees, rather than employers and are failing to prepare individuals for a future of entrepreneurship.

Find out more at www.thisishavoc.co.uk

Sales and marketing firm, Havoc, report nine lessons about entrepreneurship that are not taught in schools:

To have an unbeatable will to succeed - Entrepreneurs need the right mind-set to try, try and try again. When aiming big, it’s ok to fail - At school, failing is seen as a bad thing. In the world of entrepreneurship, failing is a learning opportunity and inevitable on the road to success.Always question things - Entrepreneurs always look to examine other businesses and to gain insights that can be used for their own. Be creative and a good people manager - To succeed as an entrepreneur an individual needs to be innovative. Also, people are the best asset a company has, so people skills are imperative. Learn about money and cash flow - This is not just important in businesses, but also in a person’s personal life. How to work for yourself - This involves time management skills and being able to focus on strength while hiring to build on areas of weakness. Giving up isn’t an option - Have enough confidence to keep going at all costs. Be happy - To use passion and purpose as motivators rather than power, money or fame. UK company Laser Cutting Services Ltd have pledged their support to The Sick Children’s Trust to help raise money for families with seriously ill children in hospital.

Laser Cutting Services, based in Stirling, have donated 500 bespoke cupcake stencils to encourage baking gurus to get creative and take part in the charity’s biggest annual fundraiser, Big Chocolate Tea from April 21 to May 1.

The Sick Children’s Trust runs free ‘Home from Home’ accommodation across the country, supporting thousands of families with seriously ill children in hospital every year. Although the accommodation is free for families, it costs the charity £30 to support a family for one night.

Big Chocolate Tea is the charity’s biggest annual fundraising aimed at cake and chocolate lovers. People can take part by holding cake sale, tea party or bake-off during the last week of April and donating the proceeds to The Sick Children’s Trust. Last year, Big Chocolate Tea raised £60,000 – enough to support 2,000 families with ‘Home from Home’ accommodation - and The Sick Children’s Trust is hoping it will be an even bigger success this year.

Supporters can choose to take part in Big Chocolate Tea at any point during the year, and they will receive a pack full of goodies which includes Laser Cutting Services’ Big Chocolate Tea cupcake stencil. Christine Thomson, Business Pollinator, says:

“The Sick Children’s Trust’s Big Chocolate Tea fundraising campaign is something we felt we had to get involved with. It’s such a worthy cause and is a good way to meet like-minded people who want to support those that need it. We hope our support will encourage more people to visit The Sick Children’s Trust website and join in the chocola-tea fun.”

If participants raise at least £30 during Big Chocolate Tea, they will be able to support a family with ‘Home from Home’ accommodation for one night. The Sick Children’s Trust Chief Executive, Jane Featherstone, says:

“We really appreciate the support we’ve received from Laser Cutting Services – and we absolutely love the Big Chocolate Tea stencil, and know our supporters will too. It’s perfect for dusting icing sugar or cocoa powder onto cakes, adding the finishing touch to your bakes and turning them into showstoppers!

“Last year because of everyone’s fantastic support we were able to give 2,000 families a ‘Home from Home’ when their child was seriously ill in hospital. And we’re hoping that this year we can help even more families with the support of the public.”

Residents of Newham and Redbridge scoop five prestigious Churchill Travelling Fellowships

The Winston Churchill Memorial Trust has awarded 150 travelling Fellowships across the UK.

Five of these grants, totalling almost £34,000, have been awarded to people in Newham and Redbridge. The Fellows will travel to 12 countries between them, across four continents, where they will carry out a wide range of projects. The average length of a Fellowship is six weeks.

This year’s Newham and Redbridge Fellows are:

Freya Aitken-Turff, a charity Chief Executive from West Ham, who will be travelling to Canada, Malaysia and Singapore to explore the economic, cultural and social prospects of Chinatowns.Darren Parker, from Stratford, and the Head of Development and Regeneration at a large social housing provider, who will be travelling to Canada and the USA to explore housing policies to provide young people with affordable homes to rent.Arfah Farooq, from East Ham, and the Head of Marketing at the Makers Academy, who will be travelling to Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates and the USA to explore the potential for greater participation in the technology sector among Muslim women.Seva Phillips, a charity Fund Manager from West Ham, who will be travelling to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the USA to research blended finance in social impact investing.Nusrat Uddin, a Public Law Solicitor from Woodford, who will be travelling to Belgium, Cambodia, Norway and Switzerland to research support for victims of modern slavery and trafficking.

Since its inception in February 1965, 5,400 ordinary men and women have been awarded Churchill Fellowships, from over 100,000 applicants. The ethos remains the same five decades on – for individuals to visit different parts of the world in pursuit of new and better ways of tackling a wide range of social, environmental, medical and scientific issues. The new approaches and innovative ideas with which they return are shared to benefit their local and regional communities, and, in many cases, the nation.

Before his death in 1965, Sir Winston was adamant that he did not wish to have another statue as his memorial, so he approved the setting up of The Winston Churchill Memorial Trust (www.wcmt.org.uk) as his national memorial and living legacy, for the benefit of future generations. Millions of grateful people gave personal contributions to the public appeal.

“Churchill Fellows are motivated and talented individuals who travel globally and return with innovative ideas and a commitment to share their findings to help others in the UK,” says Julia Weston, Chief Executive of The Winston Churchill Memorial Trust.

Churchill Fellows come from all over the UK and from many different backgrounds. They must be UK citizens aged 18 or over, but no qualifications are required. What Fellows share is a passion to make a difference and a desire to share their passion to inspire others.

Notes to Editors:

In total 150 Fellowships have been awarded across the UK in 2017, an investment of over £1,400,000 in UK citizens. The Fellows will be travelling to 49 countries between them, across 6 continents. The categories for the 2018 Winston Churchill Travelling Fellowships will be announced on 09 May 2017.

See www.wcmt.org.uk for more details.

Master the 4 cornerstones of achievement to achieve success claims Penmex

People often question the secret to success, and Penmex believes it comes down to four cornerstones. Here, the sales and marketing experts have shared the 4 cornerstones of achievement that lead to success.

Find out more at www.penmex.co.uk

Often in business, there will be talkers and doers, those who achieve their goals will have developed four strong cornerstones of success. Penmex, a successful sales and marketing firm, are keen to reveal how to master the four cornerstones of achievement to maximise opportunities in business.

1. Desire – People must want to succeed in their chosen field. By taking the time to choose a destination, it will improve the likelihood of finding success say Penmex. Understanding personal values and purpose takes time, and optimising experiences will allow an individual to gather an understanding of their passion and exactly how to identify areas of personal desire. Once this has been determined, it will become easier to find the intrinsic motivation needed to overcome obstacles along the way. Kirsty Pennal Managing Director of Penmex advises answering these three questions to determine where desire lies.

“Who do I want to be in life?”

“What is it I want my life to stand for?”

“What is it I desire to go after?”

2. Direction – It makes perfect sense to set out a route to the desired destination. This plan allows individuals to understand what will be required to achieve the goal. It also allows for mini checkpoints to be determined and offers motivation throughout the journey.

3. Discipline – The discipline to be consistent is the key throughout this cornerstone. Consistency affords the individual to project how long a project will take, or the input to guarantee the output. Penmex is confident this is one of the most important foundations to achieve as it requires continual focus and effort. The firm encourages their contractors to tailor the four below statements to reflect their consistent areas.

“Every day I’m going to study these things.”

“Every day I’m going to try these things.”

“Every day I’m going to ask these types of questions.”

“Every day I’m going to try to be this type of person.”

4. Distraction Radar – Distractions are present everywhere, it is a matter of acknowledging them and understanding why they are going to hinder progression and choosing which is more important. Throughout life, the average person will watch four hours of TV a day, and this amounts to 13 years throughout a lifetime. With that statistic in mind, it becomes easier to see why people struggle to achieve their life goals if they can’t break away from distractions.

Penmex is confident once these four cornerstones are mastered, achieving goals will be much easier.

Penmex were established in response to an ever-growing need for below-the-line marketing solutions. The firm specialises in below line customer acquisition by providing cost effective, measurable and tailor-made marketing solutions.
